FAQs & Policies
All of our items are handmade by us and we hope that you love our creations as much as we love making them.
Weekends are reserved for family time so if you send us a message Saturday or Sunday, we will get back to you during normal business hours (8am - 5pm EST Monday - Friday). Thank you for understanding.
- SHIPPING -
Our current creation time is 7-10 business days before your order ships. We always try to get our orders sooner than that but it depends on our volumes. We ship USPS Priority and that takes an additional 1-3 business days. Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address during checkout. If the address provided is not correct, we are not responsible for packages being lost or returned. If a package does get returned, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges to get the order shipped back out.
- DAMAGE OR LOSS DURING SHIPPING -
If your item(s) are damaged or lost during shipping, we will file a claim with the USPS and get a new item sent out to you. For damaged items, please send us a clear picture of the damaged item. The USPS policies for claims have changed and so we have adjusted our policies as well.
After we file the claim, you will receive a letter from the USPS and will need to take the damaged item AND the packaging to the post office for them to review. Once that is done, they will issue a refund and as soon as we receive that, we will ship the replacement item.
*We are not responsible for errors made on the part of the USPS. Once a package leaves our hands, we have no control over what happens to it. There are occasionally shipping delays so please be sure to place your order early enough that this won't be an issue.
- RETURNS & EXCHANGES -
We accept returns on everything EXCEPT custom orders. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and it must be returned in its original condition. The refund will be issued minus the shipping charge.
It is the responsibility of the customer to read the listing and understand the turnaround times prior to placing the order.
